Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Lecturer in Economics in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 532843), to commence on September 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should possess a master’s degree or above in Economics or related disciplines, with at least six years’ teaching experience at undergraduate and master's level, and good teaching skills. The appointee is expected to provide high-quality teaching at undergraduate and master's level in the field of applied microeconomics.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of the basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
