Senior Administration Officer (at the rank of Senior Clerk) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.:532932) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Diploma / an Associate Degree or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. At least 10 years' working experience in a tertiary institution is preferred. Applicants should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; a strong sense of responsibility; strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Admissions Office in various areas, including financial and human resources management. He/she will also provide executive and secretarial support to the Senior Management, and perform any other duties as assigned. He / She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
