Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 532973) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, plus at least 4 years of full-time work experience. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing is required. They should also have good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently; and be mature and self-motivated.
The appointee will provide clerical support to the School in programme administration, promotional events, handle enquiries and record-keeping, and perform any other duties as assigned. Flexibility to work outside office hours is required. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree will be considered for appointment holding the functional title of Executive Assistant.
