Part-time Research Assistant II/ Technical Assistant/ Student Research Assistant in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533034)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls during non-office hours and weekends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • 5 passes in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate students are welcome to apply
  • Possess a mobile device (phone/ tablet/ computer) with access to the internet
  • No requirement to be physically present at the office or hospital
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is a must
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, organized, patient, and attentive to details

 

What We Offer

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary part-time basis for a period of 3 months to 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
