Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Department of Politics and Public Administration (Ref.: 533114) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' post-qualification work experience in the education sector. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and on tight schedules; and IT proficiency.
The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management of Department’s undergraduate programmes including admissions, course enrolment, timetabling, examinations, student affairs, event organization, curriculum review, and performing any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
