Senior Executive Assistant (Alumni and Student Services), Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533138) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should possess a good bachelor degree, with at least 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate alumni and student affairs or event management in a tertiary institution.  They should be a self-starter with a positive attitude; possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and be able to multi-task, attentive to details and work well both independently as well as in a team. 
 
The appointee will provide support to the Faculty’s Masters Programmes Alumni and Student Services Team. The appointee is responsible for performing a wide range of duties including managing onboarding documents, visa processes, handling visa-related inquiries. He/She will provide support to a wide range of student services, including but not limited to student ambsaador programmes, inauguration, orientation, and executive trainings, as well as other enrichment programmes.  He/She will also perform other duties as assigned.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to Mainland China occasionally.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
