Officer/Executive Assistant, Career Development and Training (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533140) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
  
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and about three years of relevant post-qualification experience. The role requires proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin), along with outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and IT capabilities. Applicants should be a self-motivated and detail-oriented team player who is passionate about engaging with students and dedicated to the meaningful work of fostering their personal growth and long-term career development. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
 
The appointee will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support for student career services, managing the end-to-end coordination of internship related consultations and events. Key duties include overseeing the workflow for both on-site and online activities, which involves groundwork preparation, organizing promotional materials; supporting initiatives such as job fairs, company visits, and employer networking events; and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. The appointee will be responsible for data collection, analysis, report compilation, and liaising with students and other stakeholders. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and may occasionally be required to work outside normal office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a written test and an interview.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
