We are looking for an Laboratory Attendant to join the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering to handle general laboratory technical support tasks.
The Role
The appointee will assist with general laboratory technical support tasks, maintain cleanliness, and be responsible for other delegated duties. If necessary, they must work in shifts.
Qualifications and Qualities
- Form 3 or equivalent;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese, understand Putonghua and English;
- Ability to read and write Chinese and simple English;
- Ability to work independently;
- Applicants with basic computer knowledge or home maintenance skills will be given priority consideration.
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary.
