Clerk II (holding the functional title of Centre Receptionist) in the Centre for Sports and Exercise (CSE) (Ref: 533303) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

 

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience.  They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good knowledge of PC and software applications; and proficiency in word processing.  Possession of a valid first-aid certificate and qualification in using automated external defibrillator (AED) would be advantageous.

 

The appointee will serve as receptionist at the Novum Place Centre in Shek Tong Tsui which opens daily; handle sports membership matters; manage fitness center bookings and check in; provide customer service and clerical support; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She is required to wear uniform and work for not less than 39 hours per week on shifts between 07:00 and 22:30, and provide support to other centres under the CSE when necessary. 

 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
