Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 533376) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
 
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in tertiary institutions.  They are expected to have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage), good communication and organizational skills, and an appropriate level of IT competency.  They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude, able to work independently and under pressure, and attentive to details.  Relevant experience in programme administration would be an advantage.  Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II). 
 
The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Research Postgraduate (RPg) Programme, including admissions, student matters and thesis examination.  He/She will also assist in research-related matters and events, and perform other duties as assigned.  
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
