Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 533379) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years’ full-time work experience in tertiary institution.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).  They should also have high proficiency in the MS Office applications (especially in Excel); be self-motivated with good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work multi-task and independently.
 
The appointee will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the office’s response to enquiries from prospective students and current applicants, including but not limited to email, face-to-face and phone enquiries throughout the admissions cycle.  He/She will also be responsible for processing and handling of visa applications from non-local applicants.  He/She is expected to provide excellent customer service to students and collaborators within and outside the University during the whole admissions process.  The appointee may have to work on weekends or outside regular office hours in special circumstances and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
