Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Arts (2 posts) (Ref.: 533671) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or public organizations. They must be self-motivated, responsible, collegial, and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong computer literacy and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required, and fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. Proven experience in event coordination, outreach initiatives, multimedia design, and social media management will be highly desirable. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II).

The appointees will provide administrative support for the Faculty’s engagement, outreach, and knowledge exchange initiatives, including innovative events and digital marketing campaigns. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Occasional work outside office hours, including weekends, may be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
