Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref. 533728) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a recognized degree or diploma with at least 2 years' relevant post qualification experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good communication and organizational skills; the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently; be meticulous, attentive to details and a good team player. Experience in student accommodation would be an advantage.

The appointees will respond to phone calls and email inquiries related to student accommodation; assist in postgraduate housing applications; manage and update resident records using the Hostel Management System and Student Information System; collaborate with off-campus student accommodation operators to support student housing needs; schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and student accommodation-related events; ensure compliance with accommodation policies and standards across halls, colleges, and residences; perform general administrative, human resources and financial duties, support special projects as assigned and prepare reports for management review and assist in audit processes; and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointees may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.

Shortlisted candidate will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
