Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Arts (2 posts) (Ref.: 533753) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in academic programme administration in tertiary institutions. They must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with the ability to work independently. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required, with fluency in Putonghua considered an advantage. Proficiency in multimedia tools and social media management will be highly desirable.
The appointees will provide administrative support in one of the following areas: research postgraduate matters (including admissions, enrolment, registration, and graduation), undergraduate student matters, internships, personal enrichment and outreach initiatives, or other assigned duties. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
