Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least three years of full-time experience in government and/or higher education. They should exhibit advanced administrative capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accountability. Key qualifications include a proactive approach, effective multitasking skills, and outstanding organizational abilities. Additionally, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Qualtrics, together with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, are required.
The appointee will demonstrate the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Key responsibilities include supporting the coordination and management of logistics for various MBA initiatives, such as orientation, training workshops, treks, fairs, company talks, panel discussions, mentorship programs, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Due to the dynamic pace of this role and frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, the ability to operate with urgency is imperative. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
