The Role
The appointee will play a key role in supporting the School’s administration and operations. We are looking for candidates with experience in, or a strong interest in developing their skills for, one or more of the following areas:
- Handle finance and accounts functions
- Manage relation with the public, students, and internal stakeholders
- Provide professional office support and lead office management
- Support end-to-end marketing and event campaigns (planning, execution, and evaluation)
- Execute the operational delivery and strategic development of academic programmes

Qualifications and Qualities
- A recognized degree; candidates with experience in customer service, reception, operational support, data entry, secretarial work, or accounts payable are encouraged to apply
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and computer literate
