Manager (Alumni and Student Services), Masters Programmes (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533891) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.  They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills ; a high standard of accuracy in all forms of written work; and the ability to perform multitask under minimal supervision. 
 
The appointee will play a key role in providing student services, team administrative, financial documentation to the Alumni and Student Services team of the Masters Programmes. Duties include but not limited to managing student shuttle bus services; handling team administration; preparing reports for management meetings; providing secretariat support; overseeing finance and procurement procedures; coordinating student activities such as networking mixers; and performing other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
