Secretary I in the University Health Service (Ref.: 533902) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with formal secretarial training and at least 2 years’ secretarial or administrative experience. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude and work ethic, the ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure, and be self-motivated.
