Executive Assistant (Student Outreach), Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534102) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) 
 
Applicants should possess a higher diploma or above, with at least 1 to2 years’ of full-time work experience in the field of event and project management, student and alumni affairs, or a related field. They should have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills; computer literacy; and must be able to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to multi-task and attentive to details. They should also have a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. Fresh graduates with good academic background would be considered as Executive Assistant. 
 
The appointee will provide administrative and logistical support to the Faculty’s Masters Programmes Alumni and Student Services Team in rendering a wide range of student outreach services, and support to the Virtual Houses System. Key responsibilities include managing databases; providing logistical support for events, including but not limited to orientation teambuilding camp, end of module gala dinners, inter-house competitions, tours and house events as well as other enrichment programmes.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
