Clerk I / II in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 534995) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a university degree/associate degree/higher diploma with at least 5 years’ work experience in a tertiary institution or quasi-government organization. Experience in providing support to facilities management at tertiary institution would be an advantage. Applicants should also have a good command of English and Chinese, the ability to work independently and proactively, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated and a good team player. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.

The appointee will be responsible for (1) providing general support in facilities management in HKUMed premises including laboratories, teaching venues, offices and public areas; (2) assisting in promotion of campus facilities including updating of website content; (3) liaising with different stakeholders and following up on enquiries related to facilities management, (4) assisting in project tasks implementation and monitor its works progress, as well as perform any other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
