Clerk II in the Faculty of Arts (Ref.: 536112) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel); good communication and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Degree holders will be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.
The appointee will provide reception counter service, including greeting and welcoming visitors, addressing student inquiries, and managing incoming calls. He/She will also provide administrative and logistics support to the faculty office and student affairs, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
