Executive Assistant, Marketing and Admissions for Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536164) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline, with at least 1 year of full-time work experience.  Applicants should demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), along with a proven track record in managing social media platforms.  They should possess excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills, as well as strong computer literacy.  They must be a good team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and video production will be an advantage.  Fresh graduates with strong interest and related experience will also be considered.

The appointee will be responsible for managing the social media accounts of the Faculty’s Masters Programmes and developing engaging content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and Rednote.  The role also involves providing administrative support and assisting with duties such as market analysis and preparation of marketing collateral.  In addition, the appointee will participate in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Director.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus.  Occasional work outside normal office hours, including weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong may be required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
