Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Officer) in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:536237) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, social science, or any healthcare-related disciplines. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Relevant experience in IT system management, conducting and managing community research would be an advantage.

The appointee will provide administrative support for the capacity building stream of a youth mental health project. He/She will assist in the development of protocols, guidelines and reporting of various initiatives of the project; coordinate project events including evaluation research in program effectiveness, support in international conferences, as well as regular capacity building trainings or consultation sessions; provide secretarial support for meetings; maintain effective communication within the project team and stakeholders; keep track of all project documents; and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required occasionally.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
