Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the School of Innovation (Ref.: 536308) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of full-time relevant experience in tertiary institutions.  They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.  They should be a motivating team leader, able to work independently, and committed to quality and accountability. A readiness for new challenges is essential.

The appointee will oversee the School’s overall administration and manage its administrative functions. The appointee will play a versatile role, leading and coordinating team members across various activities related to teaching and learning, student matters, and external engagement.  In addition, the appointee will be responsible for finance, human resources, and research administration, as well as providing secretarial support for committees and meetings.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or a written test.
