Full-time Project Manager (at the rank of Assistant Research Officer or Senior Research Assistant) in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 536340) (to commence as soon as possible until February 29, 2028, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Master's degree or above preferably in education field, with at least 5 years' extensive experience in educational research and large-scale studies including project management and coordination, tracking of deliverables, report writing and research. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; solid and advanced statistical and analyzing skills (e.g. SPSS, R etc); good administrative and organisational skills; and the ability to work independently. Applicants with less research experience may be considered for appointment at the rank of Senior Research Assistant.
The appointee will mainly work for the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong. He/She will assist the Project Leader in overseeing the timeline of deliverables of the project; verify the quality of the data; analyse quantitative and qualitative data and findings; write up research reports; liaise with OECD, Government Representative, schools and project team members; and perform other duties as assigned.
