Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref: 536384) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.)

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 2–3 years of relevant work experience. We welcome candidates with a strong command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, positive attitude. The ideal candidate is presentable, creative, detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience in using design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop and/or WordPress is essential. A good level of IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is also required, while knowledge of advanced Excel applications would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide all-round administrative support to the Dean’s Office, with a particular focus on design and publicity. He/She will also support the daily operations of CEDARS, assist in organising student-focused events and activities, and take on other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
