Administrative Assistant I/II in the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section of the Registry (two posts) (Ref: 536518)
We are looking for Administrative Assistant I/IIs to join the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section of the Registry.
The Role
The appointees will provide administrative support to curriculum development, and quality assurance and quality enhancement processes in teaching and learning, in addition to performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years’ administrative experience at supervisory or management level, preferably in the tertiary education sector. They should be able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative. An excellent command of both English and Chinese, as well as a high level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, is essential. Relevant experience in higher education administration, particularly in taught programme administration, is highly desirable. Experience in servicing committees and working groups, as well as in grants administration, would be an added advantage. Strong computer skills and artificial intelligence literacy are definite assets.
What We Offer
The appointments will be made on a full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary and 10% of basic salary for Administrative Assistant II. Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Administrative Assistant II.
