The Role
The appointees will be responsible for several functional areas, including programme administration at undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate levels, internship and outreach, events management, and any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities
• A good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Independent judgement and organisational leadership;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highly IT literate (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva);
• Excellent organisation skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks;
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work diligently, efficiently and meticulously without close supervision and under pressure; and
• A good team player who can collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders of the University.
