The Role
The appointees will provide administrative support for general office work, teaching and learning activities at undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate levels, social media and promotion, events organisation, and any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities
- A good Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are welcome;
- High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly IT literate (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva);
- Excellent organisation skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks;
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work diligently, efficiently and meticulously without close supervision and under pressure; and
- A good team player who can collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders of the University.
Those with less experience may be appointed as Assistant Programme Officer.
