Part-time Nurse / Enrolled Nurse (several posts) in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health (Ref.: 537285) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above, and be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong. They should have relevant experience in clinical research and phlebotomy. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluent Cantonese), as well as a keen interest in research in epidemiology and public health, is essential. Applicants should be well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Those who are registered as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong may be considered for appointment as Enrolled Nurse.

The appointees will support a range of ongoing community field studies. Responsibilities include recruiting patients, administering questionnaires, providing health education, collecting and managing research data, coordinating study activities, and performing clinical duties such as blood collection and drug administration. Irregular working hours may be required occasionally. Information about the School can be obtained at http://sph.hku.hk/.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, if applicable.
