Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing youth mental health projects deliverables to ensure timely, professional implementation.
• Create content for social media to enhance the engagement of the project’s social media accounts
• Handle enquiries from stakeholders
• Organise and provide administrative and logistical support for trainings, events, activities and dissemination related to youth mental health projects
• Compile academic and non-academic reports
• Provide fieldwork support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Social Work, Psychology and Education or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Responsible, Self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking, work under tight schedule as well as in a team
• Knowledge on mental health, quantitative or qualitative skills is highly desirable.
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; the ability to communicate fluently in Cantonese is essential, and a working command of Putonghua is expected

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
