We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate business development, strategic partnerships, relationship management, recruitment or related fields. We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful and commercially minded, with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate should be passionate about helping students grow and succeed, offering patient support while guiding, motivating and challenging them when appropriate. They should confidently engage corporate partners; understand their talent needs and proactively identify suitable career opportunities for MBA students. Strong business acumen, sound judgement and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
Based at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, the Career Manager will support MBA career development and training. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining corporate and recruiting partnerships, promoting MBA talent to employers, organizing recruitment talks, international career treks, leadership and industry forums, and managing career resources. The role also involves hands-on project management, event logistics, administration and internal reporting.
We are looking for a committed and accountable team player who takes ownership and sees projects through from start to finish, while being equally comfortable working independently. Excellent written and spoken English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
