The Academic Liaison Office, encompassing the International Affairs Office, Mainland Affairs Office, and HKU Summer Institute, is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, international collaboration, and cross-cultural exchange. As our team continues to expand, we are excited to recruit multiple talented and dedicated Programme Managers and Executive Assistants to support the management of our growing programmes.
Applicants should hold a good Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 3 years' work experience in tertiary institutions. The appointees will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of HKU Summer Institute programmes. This includes liaising with internal departments, international partners, and external organisations to ensure seamless coordination. The role also involves coordinating student recruitment and managing administrative duties such as programme logistics, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and other duties as assigned by the Office Head.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref. 537242) need not re-apply.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
The University only accepts online applications for the above posts. Review of applications will commence as soon as possible and continue until November 21, 2026, or until the posts are filled, whichever is earlier.
