About you
Solid background in property claims (commercial or domestic)
Experience managing claims end-to-end within an insurance business, including assessment, decision-making and settlement (not just lodgement or support)
Ready to step up into commercial claims if coming from domestic
Confident handling complexity, making decisions, and negotiating outcomes
Strong communicator with a customer focus and commercial awareness
Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
What you’ll be doing
Manage a portfolio of commercial property claims end-to-end
Act as the key contact for customers and stakeholders
Make indemnity decisions and manage claim strategies
Work with repairers and service providers to progress claims
Review reserves and drive claim outcomes
Manage complaints calmly and fairly
Support team members and contribute to team performance
