About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our fast paced P&C team in our Sydney office.  Reporting to our Head of People & Culture and working alongside another People & Culture Business Partner in a national role, you will have the opportunity to provide 360 HR support to your own internal client groups while being guided by the Head of People & Culture.   

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a law firm  or professional services environment
• Be passionate about all things HR related and a desire to grow and develop your career
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think laterally when needed
• Pride yourself on your natural people skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organisational skills with quick response times to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail is critical for this role.
