- Provide support across broader finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Trust, reconciliations, receipting, and other workflows as business needs arise.
- Create, maintain, and amend client and matter rates, including establishing new rate sets as required.
- Support Legal Admins with financial reporting requirements and access to financial information within the system.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with finance-related projects and other duties as required.

- A collaborative approach, with a genuine willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to the team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
