Warehouse Contract Supervisor

What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Contracts Supervisor with a strong focus on service delivery.

You will be responsible to look after some of our high value contracts.  You will be responsible for the full operational requirements of these contracts ranging from inbound, outbound and reverse logistics in a controlled and isolated environment where security and where the safety of these high value products is of top priority to you on a day-to-day basis.

Key areas:

  • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.
  • Carrying out picking, receipting, inventory and stock control of a range of products
  • Packing and dispatching to customer demands
  • Manage and maintain the data entry of all work carried out.
  • Assist with stock discrepancies and investigations as required.
  • Issuing counter demands
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed within contractual time frames.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform all warehouse tasks with accuracy and diligence.
  • Ensure effective communication between customer/s and transport partners.
  • Communicate any issues that may arise and provide solutions to resolve these issues to your manager.
  • Accurately carry out activities such as order picking, stock movements, cycle counting, SLED date management stocktaking through SAP transactions and hard-copy documentation
  • Reverse logistics: Assist with claims and stock returns.
  • Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles, as required.
  • Keep accurate records for all imported goods.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure customer service is of the highest quality at all times.
