Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily planning requirements and driver/vehicle utilisation to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Operations to introduce innovative processes and equipment utilisation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legislation, and Linfox policies.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and clear reporting on performance.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment, providing leadership and development opportunities to the planning team.
• Contribute to environmental sustainability goals, including Linfox's greenhouse gas reduction target.

He Kōrero Mōu | About You

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Tertiary qualification in logistics/management or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years in the transport/fuel industry, with proven staff management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
