About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service function based at our Mangere site. This is a key leadership position where you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Act as the key contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
  • Drive improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage reporting, claims, returns, and delivery tracking processes
  • Collaborate closely with operations, logistics and transport teams for seamless service
