Mō te Mātou | About the Role:

As our Warehouse Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within our warehouse to ensure efficiency, safety, and high service levels are consistently achieved. Your key focus will be on managing production schedules, pick and pack operations, inventory accuracy, and customer relationships.

You will also:

  • Oversee pick, pack, and dispatch operations, ensuring compliance with GMP/GWP and security protocols.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and lead the team to achieve set targets.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service issues and ensure timely communication.
  • Oversee cycle counting and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Manage production schedules to meet business and client needs.

He Kōrero Mōu | About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail when managing inventory and logistics.

You will also need:

  • Previous experience managing warehouse systems and client inventory, particularly temperature-sensitive products.
  • Excellent staff management experience and customer service expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of cGWP, cGMP, and cGDP.
  • Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • The ability to manage both operational processes and customer relationships effectively.
