We are seeking a leader of Sales and Customer Engagement to strengthen Linfox’s market position, build enduring customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth. The role of Group Manager – Sales and Customer Engagement is pivotal in the delivery of our strategic growth objectives

• Develop and implement strategies to grow customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer offerings and supply chain efficiency.
• Provide regular performance reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
• Review and improve practices, processes, and outcomes to embed best practice and innovation.

Ō pūkenga | About You

You will be an experienced senior leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven record of sales success in transport, logistics, or a related sector.

You will bring:

• 10+ years in senior management with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Strategic thinking, planning, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong financial and analytical expertise.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
