Mō te Tūnga | About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Billing Administrator to join our Shared Services team in Auckland. In this vital role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely billing processes for our Warehouse and Transport customers, supporting key operational outcomes.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly billing using manual and automated processes
  • Investigate and resolve any unbilled jobs or customer queries
  • Process uploads into SAP accurately and on time
  • Support the maintenance of Warehouse & Transport systems for accurate data
  • Provide backup support for other Billing team members

Ō Pūkenga | About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail and a strong customer focus. You'll be confident working independently and within a team environment.

  • Experience in administration, preferably within the transport or logistics sector
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
