He angitūtanga | The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Transport & Warehouse Supervisor based in South Hamilton on our customer site. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all loading and despatching activities, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely delivery of goods.

This is a key frontline leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading transport and warehouse teams to deliver all DIFOT and safety targets.
  • Managing daily load planning, route scheduling, dispatch, and vehicle compliance.
  • Working closely with our key customers to deliver service excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety, chain of responsibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and developing team members to foster performance, safety and growth.

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% on-time dispatch, vehicle dock compliance, and supply chain process adherence.
  • Work with warehouse and fleet teams to coordinate outbound logistics and support inbound activities.
  • Maintain strong customer partnerships through regular communication, reporting and reviews.
  • Manage staff rosters, performance plans, and training compliance.
  • Proactively support site safety, regulatory obligations and continuous improvement.

Ō pūkenga | What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a 3PL, transport, or supply chain environment.
  • Solid understanding of New Zealand transport legislation and warehouse operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills within fast-paced operations.
  • Strong communication, relationship management and decision-making capabilities.
  • SAP and/or WMS experience highly advantageous.
