We’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join our national finance team as our Commercial Manager. This high-impact role is ideal for someone with a strong background in transport, logistics or supply chain—and a passion for data-driven decision-making, strategic growth, and stakeholder engagement.

Ngā kawenga | What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Lead Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and deliver detailed analysis and robust financial models to support planning and profitability.
• Manage High-Value Contracts: Oversee commercial agreements, ensuring compliance and maximising financial outcomes.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with senior leaders to identify new growth opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support contract negotiations and renewals.
• Support Financial Operations: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and revenue alignment.

Ō pūkenga | What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5–7 years’ experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within transport, logistics or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA preferred) + must be CA qualified
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and contract negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive commercial performance
• A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
