He angitūtanga | The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Team Leader to join our warehousing operations in Auckland. This is a key leadership role supporting the daily flow of goods through the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy, and leading a high-performing team to meet targets.

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and high productivity
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching activities while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to inventory, including miss-picks and short-land claims
• Champion health and safety protocols and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Support reporting and admin tasks including KPI reporting, AP documentation, and interdepartmental coordination

Ō pūkenga | About You

• Proven experience in warehousing or logistics, with inventory and team leadership responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge of WMS and/or SAP systems
• Forklift licence required
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service excellence
