He angitūtanga | The Opportunity
We are seeking a Kronos Administrator for a 12-month parental leave cover (30 hours per week) based at our Mangere site. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our Warehousing and Transport teams by ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of timecard data in Kronos, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep our payroll and workforce management running smoothly.

Ngā pūkenga | What You Will Bring

• Proven experience (12+ months) in an administrative or support function
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Kronos and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams
• Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
• Experience in logistics or a similar operational environment is preferred
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and reporting
