About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Manager, Business Improvement to work within our Transformation and Business Improvement Division.

The Senior Manager Business Improvement leads the Business Improvement team to support improving the efficiency of Scope’s business processes and workflows. They will manage, coach and mentor team members facilitating analysis and design initiatives to continue to improve Scope’s business processes; contributing to empowering our clients to belong and thrive, now and into the future, sustainably.

Your Key Focus

You will contribute your expertise to: 

  • Bringing together diverse stakeholder networks to collaborate and co-design to continue to improve our business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborating to continue to improve the journeys and experiences of clients, their support networks (e.g. families) and our people. 
  • Evaluating, advocating and/or implementing new technologies, practices and/or ways of working in alignment with the strategic and operational agendas and relevant legal, regulatory and policy requirements.

What We Look For

  • Extensive experience in innovation, business improvement and/or transformation (or similar).
  • Engaging diverse stakeholder networks to identify, evaluate and advance opportunities to improve
  • Curating actionable insights and harnessing best practice to inform the design, development and delivery of business improvement initiatives (or similar).
  • Operating in the disability services and/or a related sector.
