Disability Support Worker – Supported Independent Living (Clifford St, Warragul)

We have Permanent Part-Time Disability Support Worker positions available at Clifford Street, Warragul.

The role includes:

  • Must be available to work all shifts assigned to the roster line (45 hours per fortnight) - see:  Download File Roster Line 17.png.
  • Provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives
  • Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care, meals assistance, medications, and behaviour support
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
