About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to work within our Finance Team.

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in managing the annual budget process, developing robust financial models and tools, and providing strategic financial insights to Executive and Senior Leader teams.

Your Key Focus

  • Managing and owning the annual budget and re-forecasting process
  • Design, maintaining, and embedding financial models that support effective business planning and financial performance
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of FP & A tools and dashboards to deliver timely, relevant and accurate KPIs
  • Driving process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and usability of financial reporting and analytical tools
  • Conducting in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and providing actionable recommendations

What We Look For

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in a similar commercial role
  • More than 3 years experience in a similar commercial role
  • Extensive experience in costing, financial analysis, modelling and budgeting
  • Extensive experience in financial management, accounting and reporting
