About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Business Operations Support to work within our Employment Pathways Division.
This role assists the Senior Manager in the effective delivery of Contract Services by providing high-quality operational, administrative, and coordination support.
Your Key Focus
- Oversee job scheduling and rostering, adjusting to staff availability and client needs
- Conduct daily operational team meetings to manage workload and reinforce safety and service standards
- Monitor and report on monthly completed work and associated revenue using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up outstanding accounts

What We Look For
- Demonstrated experience in managing operational teams, preferably within commercial cleaning/gardening/maintenance
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Proficient in rostering, payroll, invoicing, and reporting using spreadsheets or scheduling software
- Effective leadership skills with a capacity to manage and support a diverse workforce.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client and stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
